AI Apocalypse: How Your $100K Degree Just Became Worthless Overnight!

Why This Can't Be News:

Oh joy, it seems that the " Coding Revolution" has officially come to an end... or should I say, has gone belly up like a failed startup? Who could have predicted that the same tech moguls who promised computer science graduates a life of champagne and caviar would suddenly start axing jobs left and right? I mean, it's not like they're just trying to crush the dreams of an entire generation or anything... cough.

But seriously, folks, what did we expect? We created a generation of "coding ninjas" who are now stuck with degrees that are about as useful as a VHS player. I mean, who needs actual human interaction when you can have A.I. generate code for you? Not me, that's for sure! And don't even get me started on the whole "starting salary more than $100,000" thing... yeah, good luck getting that job after graduation. More like starting salary: "Will work for food and a place to sleep."

And what about all those universities that jumped on the coding bandwagon? I'm sure they're just thrilled to be holding onto a bunch of useless degrees. I mean, who wouldn't want to invest four years of their life in a field that's now as relevant as a flip phone? Meanwhile, those same tech companies are probably still trying to figure out how to monetize the whole "free food and video games" thing... because priorities.

But hey, at least we can all take comfort in knowing that this is just another example of the "innovative" tech industry's commitment to short-term gains over long-term consequences. I mean, who needs a functioning society when you can have an army of underpaid, overworked coders generating more AI-generated cat memes? Priorities, people!
