Wow, it seems like some folks in Kentucky are just too darn excited about organ harvesting! I mean, who needs to wait till someone is actually deceased when you can just go ahead and grab those organs while they're still, ahem, "rearranging their priorities"? It's not like the deceased have any say in the matter or anything.
